Anders Ibsen is a seasoned leadership expert and partner at the Leadership Pipeline Institute. Before joining LPI, he served as Head of Learning and Development at Nordea, one of Europe’s leading banks with over 33,000 employees. He previously held roles as Head of HR Development and Global HR Business Partner, leading a large-scale implementation of the Leadership Pipeline framework that reached over 4,000 leaders across 15 countries. The initiative delivered measurable improvements in leadership behavior, outperforming global benchmarks by over 50%.

With nearly a decade of experience applying the Leadership Pipeline in diverse global contexts, Anders has supported leadership development, assessment, and selection processes in numerous international organizations and SMEs.

Prior to his corporate career, Anders served in the Danish special forces, leading long-range missions in extreme Arctic conditions. Today, he also lectures at the One MBA and Executive MBA programs at Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University).

Her background includes hands-on leadership and commercial roles in international and service-driven companies such as Booking.com, Lux Express, and the Mercedes-Benz dealership in Latvia—giving her a deep understanding of business dynamics across industries. As a trilingual facilitator fluent in Latvian, Lithuanian, and English, she helps cross-Baltic and international teams grow together with shared understanding, practical tools, and human connection. Previously, Inta held roles in Global Learning and Development, supported businesses as an HR Business Partner, and served as an HR Manager.

These experiences have provided Inta with deep understanding of the importance of aligning organizational development with business needs and an intense eagerness to foster this connection.
